By using JoinGonka Gateway (gate.joingonka.ai), you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
JoinGonka Gateway provides an OpenAI-compatible API proxy to the decentralized AI network Gonka.
2. Account
An account is linked to an email address — it is the only channel of communication with you and the only way to restore access. A valid permanent address you own is required. Temporary and disposable email addresses are not accepted: registration from such domains is rejected, and an account with an inaccessible mailbox cannot be serviced or recovered. One account per person. Automated registration and automated login are prohibited — forms are protected by CAPTCHA, bypassing it is considered a violation. You are responsible for the security of your API keys.
3. Pricing and Billing
The balance is held in nGNK. Deposit and API usage fees are determined by the platform and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is a gift from the platform, not an obligation: its amount and the fact of its issuance are determined by the platform, including its automated anti-fraud system. It considers the age and history of the account with the login provider (Google, GitHub, Discord), email domain, network signals, and connections to other accounts. Accounts that do not pass the check will not receive the bonus, without explanation; access to the service and top-ups will work as usual. Bonuses obtained in violation of these terms will be cancelled. Funds credited via promo codes are intended for paying for model inference requests and are not subject to withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed upon request within 24–48 hours.
4. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: generating illegal content, bypassing limits and protection mechanisms (including CAPTCHA and anti-fraud), reselling without permission, abusing the referral program, bonus farming, creating multiple accounts by one person, registering via temporary addresses, or using someone else's or purchased accounts. The platform reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". The Gonka network is decentralized — availability depends on participants. We implement smart routing and failover, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
6. Limitation of Liability
JoinGonka Gateway is not responsible for: accuracy of AI responses, Gonka network downtime, loss of funds due to incorrect addresses, cryptocurrency rate fluctuations.
